Saya chek in 2 minggu lepas. Dan setiap satu tahun saya selalu chek at citin 3 kali, kerana saya ada bisnis at jalan mesjid india. Tapi untuk chek in yang 2 minggu lalu saya sangat kecewa. Saya sudah boking bilik deluxe 2 bilik, tapi dapatnya bilik superior twin. Front office pun tak ada senyum semua yang ada bermuka masam. Housekeeping sekarang tak ada senyum semua bermuka masam, dalam bilikpun kotor dan berbau, bilik air kotor. Saya telpon ke housekeeping jawab nya pun kasar sangat. Kenapa sekarang citin menurun. Saya kalau datang selalu chek in 3 bilik.
